The meter is constant. I was actually trying to point out that it is off by
about 0.03 - 0.05 bar. At 990 mb it reads 1.0 but on 1020 it reads 1.1.
Theoretically it should not read 1.1 till it reaches 1050+ mb. So it is off
by at least 0.03 bar. I am not sure where the exact transition point is.
