[s-cars] S6 Suspension Parts

I just received the shocks/struts (Bilstein P36-0369, B46-2066) and springs
(H&R 29921) for my 95 S6.  I am accumulating tools and literature to make
this change and carefully studying the advice and experience seen here.

What else should I consider for replacement when the suspension is
disassembled?
I understand about the camber plates but I plan (!) to change the springs and
then evaluate what I have for camber before modifying the plates.

What about the strut mount and upper strut bearing?  I have 70,000 miles -
should I replace these?  If replacement is appropriate should I use original
equipment type parts or are there some special high-performance parts to
consider?
