Happersized seems to be a term relative to who you are talking to; right
Hap.
This thing IMO is less effective than the design on Haps, Mike P., Brian L.,
and my IC/Radiator because of 2 things
1) no A/C - Happer needs his A/C - no one wants a cranky pilot
2) no clean flow thru the IC, it is immediately restricted by a hot radiator
(which acts as an intercooler pre-heater). I will stay with my front mount.
3 yrs ago I told the 'bloody wanker' to design something with a 3/4 height
radiator and he did. While I dont like the sloppy install (since cleaned up)
and the cut bumper, IMO the design is far superior. A drop in charge temps
to within 10 degrees of ambient even during extended hard runs is hard to
argue with. I may install a new prod by Nitrous Express that sprays co2 over
the IC to get a (reported) 30-40 degrees below ambient somewhere doen the
road (about 400$ for parts). This may be a very good alternative for those
who only want to cool a heat soaked stock IC for drag or short track day
bursts.
