[s-cars] A/F meter vs. EGT gauge debate

I did not read the debate but I have both in my car.

If I had to choose between one I would take the A/F meter. The response time
on an EGT is too slow to detect a sudden lean condition.

However when increasing boost it is important to assure that the exhaust gas
limits are not exceeded.and this can only be done with the EGT.
