[s-cars] Running rough or not at all--'92s4

Hi everyone,
When driving to work recently my check engine light flickered for a
while, then stayed on, and the car went into limp mode (max speed 5 or
so mph).  I was able to get it to a nearby parking lot where I checked
all of my hoses for good fit and/or holes.  All hoses seemed OK.  Then I
tripped the check engine light to check for any codes.  I got one...
4411-- and checked it to Scott Mockry's site.  4411-"Fuel Injector for
Cylinder 1, Open or short circuit,Symptom: Engine runs rough or stalls".
Thinking this was my problem, luckily my brother had just upgraded the
injectors in his '92, I replaced all 5 of mine with his old ones.  Car
won't start.  Checked codes again...4412--"Fuel Injector for Cylinder 2,
Open or short circuit, Symptom: Engine runs rough or stalls".
Why would it change injectors??  The injectors seem to be fitting
correctly.  What else could be wrong?
I am now thinking about swapping out the coil packs from my brothers car
this weekend.  All of my bentley manuals are packed away in an unknown
place since moving recently, so is there anything I need to watch for
when doing this?
