Babylon is indeed cool, enough that TRW bought a site licence for it here!

However, I find that it has a hard time translating a lot of words in German (especially the 8 part compound words) that Google is able to split up and translate without a problem.

Stuff like Nachforschungsantrag, bremsscheiben, ausnahmegenehmigung, and genehmigungsbescheid makes Babylon confused, where google has no problem :)

I think it boils down to the fact that Babylon is a dictionary, babelfish & google are translators...

Then again, Google doesn't do Swedish...  :-)

If you're interested in a kind of neat substitute or replacement for
Bablefish that does support Swedish, you might want to take a look at
www.babylon.com  <shift + right click> = dictionary.  Kind of neat.
