[s-cars] Polishing valve cover

Well, if you want to it yourself, you can probably find the stuff to do it
with at http://www.eastwoodco.com.  I refinished some pitted rims and then
did the valve cover. Came out quite nice. Of course, you could probably find
a shop that does these kinds of things and may cost less than doing it
yourself.

I see all these shiny valve covers on the urs4 site.

How are brushed stainless steel results achieved? Take the bolts out and
sand paper? Apply a liquid solution?
