[s-cars] Blue-printing Injectors

Mike Pederson sent a brand new set of RS2 injectors to RC Engineering for
this very reason. The results were not very good. The set varied from about
358cc to 366cc. A set of the their Lucas injectors varies less than 1cc total
around the spec flow rate. My set of 370cc injectors flowed between 370.1cc
and 370.6cc. I also think their cost is less at about $80 per injector.
