The RF (not IR) remote on my 1995.5 S6 isn't working after 18 months of not
being used.
I replaced the battery, and followed the procedure on Charlie Smith's
Website based on info from Frank, but still...Nothing!

Can anyone lead me to another source of info or BTDT with the RF remotes?
Also FWIW, the "auto-close" feature isn't working either (i.e. when you hold
the key to the lock position and windows and sunroof close).     The car was
completely disassembled durign the rebuild, so I can't rule out a wiring
issue.  Does anyone know where the control module is or if there is a way to
test the RF remote ( similar to the IR test card you can get at radio shack
for IR remotes)

Forgot to ask before, WHAT, er, "tailpipe" was that you used on that
thing????  If that's what you wanna call it.  Otherwise, in a word, bitchin'
interior!  And, in more words, you suck!  (what's the difference between
jealousy and envy, anyway?).
