[s-cars] dead heated seats

I got in the car this morning and the seats won't heat. (it was -1 C)
My manual says there is no fuse but some sort of self resetting breaker.
No burn marks or overheating.
Any ideas? How about the sensor that checks to see if somebody is
sitting in the seat before it heats?
