If it's the same as my '94, the front seats don't have the weight sensor.
Check if you have power on pin 1 (blu/yel wire) of the green connector under
the seat.  If you do, you've probably got a burned-out element.  For further
troubleshooting, pins 1 and 5 go to the seat cushion element, and pins 3 and
6 go to the backrest element.  I think the resistance of each element is
supposed to be 1.2 ohms, but that's from fuzzy memory.
