[s-cars] T Clamp source

Hi Todd;

Partssystems only sells the constant torque clamps in minimum lots of 10 for
each size and won't mix & match sizes to make up a lot of 10. I bought the
Breeze CT clamps from McMaster Carr who will sell them singly ( at a higher
cost, of course).
