Whatever you do, don't get a Volvo for the wife. For some reason, when
my wife drives the 855 T-5R the wheels (gorgeous 17" Anthracite 5 spokes
with 205/45 P Zeros) are magnetically drawn towards concrete curbs. It
is the darndest thing!

Actually, I'm currently thinking about the wife's next car and it is
between one of the newly introduced V70 Rs (AWD, with 2.5 I-5 turbo, 300
bhp & 295 ft-lb) or a certified pre-owned (CPO) S6A, or gasp!, a CPO
Acura MDX.

The volvo would  be exciting, fast, and my wife's bag, the audi would be
an Audi, if a little ho-hum here at altitude, and the MDx, well the MDX
would mean I could give a shit about the wife's car, including curb
scrapes, door dings, where she parks it, not needing to worry about max
performance tires for her (as well as me) etc., etc..

Now if only Honda offered a supercharger for that V6. Hmmm...
