Doesn't the dealer have the sticky spray-on stuff to stick the
pads to the pistons? (I don't know what the actual product name
is) I've used that stuff to good effect on my brakes- the right
front squeals at times because I removed one of the pads from
the caliper and "unstuck" the pad.

Basically, you buy the sticky spray, spray it on the backing plates
of the pads, stick the pads into the caliper, apply brakes to put
pressure on the pads and let it sit for 20 minutes to cure. Not
difficult at all. Works for me.

Also, if you're getting squealing, good possibility that you're getting
pad deposition on the rotors, the deposits glaze over and you squeal due
to the glaze. Simple solution- get better pads. OEM pads suck for
spirited driving. My suggestions:

Porterfield R4-S
Hawk HPS
Pagid Black (aka 4-2-1)

I think squealing brakes are not a big deal, definitely not something
to dump the car over.
