[s-cars] Temp Gauge Doesn't Move in Cold Wx

Most likely a case of thermostat been bad a long time.  Took a shot of
cold wx to get noticed.  Assuming you are going to change it without
reference to Bentley ( now, why would I say that?) note the orientation
of the stat when you disassemble.  The newer housings are plastic (nuf
said)
