[s-cars] Gearbox, differential oil recomendations

My 95.5 Avant has 69K on the clock and is being treated to a gearbox &
differential oil change's in a few weeks.  Any recommendations?
I do use the car here in the Colorado mountains and occasionally the car is
parked for extended periods in very, vey cold weather. That said, any
synthic's to use or avoid.
