[s-cars] A contact at AoA needed

Folks,
I have written a letter to AoA regarding my '98 A4 which spun the belt
at 40,531 that had resulted in the head rebuild to the tune of $1.5K in
parts alone.

I would like to call them ahead and open a case. Who would be the proper
(friendly?) persona to contact? Besides, generally try to avoid
addressing letters like: "Dear Audi Customer Care representative"
