chad, thanks for the info. if it's that cheap, i'm going to replace it
if i go to the trouble of finding it and removing the connector.
1.25" socket? that's huge. it sounds like the nut is 32mm, which
qualifies as a spindle nut on most FWD cars. don't think i have one of
those in my toolbox, although i have a 35mm (yes, 35, not 34 or 36) socket
for the spindle nuts on the mustang.
