This plug completely crumbled on mine as well. The rubber boot will hold it
on though. Mine has been like that for 2 years with no problems. BTW the
socket I used on the MFTS was 1 1/8 deep well. Just checked it. I know Taka
said he did it with a cresent wrench but I don't know if you can get in there
with anything else on an S4. Maybe I felt like I had to torque it or
something. It was one of my first S-car projects.

This is the after-run temp sensor. You can actually touch the wires together
to check the system. It will run if you connect them.
