The last time I bought some I got them at my local VW dealer.  They were
marketed under the Autobahn name as I recall, which is one of the names VW
uses for accessories.  Come to think of it I've had those on my Scirocco for
about 4 years straight now and they're still going strong.  Seem to hold up
much better than the typical Bosch.  Too bad they're so damn ugly.  Don't
know if they have them in 22" but give them a try.
