Thanks to all who replied.  PUMA had them in stock for @ $669 a pair, threw
in shipping costs.  Paul was easy to deal with.  The other sources suggested
at least on a quick look see, appeared no significant amount cheaper &/or
did not look like they would be ready to ship as soon as I would like to
have the lamps.

Again, thanks.  For those who've offered helpful advice (Ginkgo Bilboba
suppositories? what's with that!) regarding my forgetfulness &/or lack of
organization for having to ask the list about that which on one occasion or
another has been beat like one of Pizzo's one eyed blind dates, rest
assured..... I will remember who you were, I think.  Say how fast do those
suppositories work?   :-)
