Aaron-
I have the same issue.

Can someone tell me whether the whole thing has to be replaced
or just the "high pressure hose" part of it?

According to the family album, there are three pieces- a hardline,
a "damping hose" and the "high pressure hose."

The Parts Bin has the "high pressure hose" part for $91, wondering
if this is all that needs replacement for this line.

Anyone have a source for copper crush washers for this line replacement?

Taka

Subject: [s-cars] Pump to Bomb line

Hi Folks
Seems my foam covered line from Hyd pump to Bomb is leaking more lately
with the colder weather. Price from Blau 289$!. I recall somebody
having something like this custom made. Seems it would be easy if it
could be made from high pressure hydraulic line or tubing. Can anybody
think of any issues or reasons why not?. And why is the sucker covered
with foam? Any sources or other ideas?. Anybody have an old one to use
as a pattern so my car does not have to be out of commission? Thanks -
Aaron
