 Don't know about DZUS fasteners, but I've switched to heavy duty black tie
 wraps with a tab that releases them so they can be reused.

Me too. I put pull ties on shortly after discovering most of the fasteners
were missing. If I'm in a hurry I just cut them. I have a big bag of about
500 I got from a friend who instals cable.
