Pretty easy actually.... You need 20 studs (porsche dealer has them) 4 wheel
bearings. Make sure you have a machine shop press in the studs, if you get
this wrong, it costs a hub (dealer only 270USD per), as well as, a wheel
bearing to replace. If you use studs, I'd suggest use of some sort of
lubricant (WITH a K correction factor) since studs are known to spin if the
nut gets buggered. Any servicing costs you hub removal and a wheel bearing
minimum. You might want to give Ingo a post before you consider this
modification Jolly. Once you decide to do this, you are committed to the
tune of over 1200USD to "put it back". That buys a LOT of routine new wheel
bolt replacements.
