I happen to have one stud/nut here on my desk. It's approx. 2.5" long, And
looks like it would protruded from the hub about 1 7/8". The (14x
1.5mm)ball seat nuts are available from H&R too, and are part of the 2b kit.

Bob, I know you're busy, so I'll ask the general list as well-
what is the stud kit that people have bought for their cars?
H&R makes three different lengths and I want to get the correct
length.
Also, whose lug nuts do you use? Porsche or ???

H&R makes screw-in studs that have a 5 mm hex cut into the outside end
of
the stud. Apply some locktight, torque to 40 ft-lbs with a hex socket,
and
you are done. These should be available at any H&R dealer; I got my both
of my sets from 2bennett.
