You will have to ride in the car to know why it isnt a rain or snow car. It
would be much too dangerous on slick roads. The only reason I got a Qro was
to have a car that didnt smoke the tires when I got into it, it spins them
hard and will smoke them on damp roads but is for most part ok only in the
dry. Apparently you need a ride, 4500-8000 is VERY fast.
