Colin,
I had the recall done on my 93 $4 about 18 months ago, and the only line
replaced was the 8" long braided stainless fuel line right behind your air
cleaner box. The line is actually replaced with rubber fuel line, so it is
my understanding that if the line is stainless, it ain't been done.

Subject: [s-cars] Fuel Line Recall
Hello all,
Yesterday the unmistakable odor of gasoline caught
my attention. The source was traced to the fuel
lines beneath the rear door. There is a splice in
the line which is now leaking.
The previous owner had the "KY" recall addressed
and I have the paperwork to confirm. However,
there is no mention of which lines were repaired.
After searching the archives it seems that most of
the discussion relates to leaking fuel lines in
the engine bay, specifically near the firewall. I
do not see any evidence of repairs to the fuel
lines in this area.
Those of you who have had the KY recall work done
were there repairs to the lines under the car or
only in the engine bay. I would like to have as
much information as possible prior to confronting
the dealer.
Thank you,
Colin Gans
