First off, it sounds like an intake tract issue. Probably a hole in one
of your hoses. I'd check this first (my money is on crossover pipe to
IC). Then I'd start looking at plug boots, etc..

Hello Frank:
On my S6 Avant, tonight,  I stepped on the gas (floored actually) to pass a
car o n I-25  and  I got an immediate choke and buck situation. Never done
that, 5K rpm at the time.  It did it a couple more times on the way home. Do
you got an idea what might be up?
