Good point, Frank.
I'm not exactly sure the specs on mine (not about to remove them now -- head
cold), but I believe they're about like yours Suffice to say Coleman has
numerous standard and custom apps, regular vented, directional vented, heavy
duty, lightweight, 8, 10 and 12 bolt hat bolts, etc. All depends on the
app. I believe mine are the heavy duty directionally vented ones with
cross-drilling. Expensive at the time, but have proven their worth in
reliability and longevity. For an exasperating idea of the different apps

BTW, I definitely recommend having a non-directional swirl or crosshatch
pattern applied to help quiet things down. 800 miles and the crosshatch
pattern is still quite visible.
