357 955 531 is THE part number that works, and you are quite correct.
However Zygmunt were advertising this part #, but supplying 3.200.110
manufactured by a company KAE(kaehler automotive equipment) which does not.

Not deliberate fraud IMO, just lack of knowledge and the greater fool theory
that no one will sue them for $50!

|  From my VW archives, I found a reference to a "programmable intermittent"
| wiper relay, part number 357-955-531 ECM Variable Intermittent Wiper.
| It replaces the standard part number 191-955-531 Intermittent Wiper Relay.
