Yes, LHD is Left-Hand Drive which is the same as Right-hand Traffic.  On the
headlights they use the terms Right-hand & Left-hand Traffic but everywhere
else they use the LHD & RHD terms under the Remarks column.

If you're using the Euro version of the FA it won't list the US DOT
headlights.  So by default you are getting the Euro headlight number and
maybe one or two other choices for Japan and France (see below).  There are
two versions of the FA (as far as I know).  The US version which covers US &
Canada, and the Euro version which is a rest-of-world version.

The "J" is for Japan.  You see it mainly in the lighting section.  Obviously
they have RHD cars like the UK but apparently have different regulations
with regards to lighting and require a different headlight.  In the earlier
years you'll also see the yellow headlights listed for France, though
they've done away with those now.

The country codes and a lot of other info is listed in the V-Pages section
of the Function Tab (it's under the Clock).
