Probably cleaning the headlights is the first start, no I'm serious. Clean
the off-gassing of the interior lights, helps a little.

I did my own setup using the DOT headlights and HID's, but I hear if you
swap to Euro lenses it improves the focus of the beam even better. For more
light output the HID's are great and no heat (actually less) or rewiring
issues.
