[s-cars] Torsen and Torsen

Hi,

Is it correct that the Torsen on the URS4 is set to 60% to the front wheels
and 40% on the rear wheels while the Torsen for the A4/S4 is set for 40% on
the front wheel and 60% on the rear wheels. The true 50/50 central system
was the one used on the URQuattro before Torsen
