[s-cars] Time to change oil. Unsure of which to use

Hey all,

I've driving my UrS4 for about two months now, and was wondering which
oil to use. The first owner was pretty good about changing oils, but
the current owner had the car serviced by NAPA autoparts. This weekend
I noticed that the car was a little low on oil, and as a temporary fix,
put in some generic 10W-40 until I could get it changed.

I haven't driven it since the weekend, but what kind of oil should I
start using from now on? I remember the owner saying that all he put in
was Mobil 1, but with records from NAPA, i'm highly suspicious.

Any suggestions? I've heard good things about Amsoil(thanks Cody), but
I'm worried about the whole situation of going back and forth from
synthetic to conventional as my car likely has been through.
