[s-cars] Driving Skills of two list members ?

Taka,

Michigan mandates insurance if you are driving a car in Michigan.  It is
against the law here to live in Michigan and drive a car without
insurance -- and yet, we have a pretty high uninsured motorist count -- with
our rates it's not surprising.  I'm now paying ~$1600/ year for
comprehensive only on 200q20v and 1983 urq -- that's right, no collision --
was $2400/yr with collision on 200q20v only and no comprehensive on Urq).  2
points on my record in the last 3 years and v8 accident that was due to
failed master cylinder before that.  Claims in last three years:  Cracked
windshield on 200q20v.
