Nacho,
120.000 km is approx 75.000 miles. It is a bit early for the clutch to
go. If a person does not ride the clutch (and generally speaking, the
Europeans don't do this) it should see 100kmi-130kmi in a chipped car.

My old unchipped non-turbo, non-quattro '85 5000s (the European FWD Audi
100 2.3L) now in the hands of my friend is still on its original clutch,
at 285kmi.

In my old chipped '89 200TQ the clutch went much sooner, but it was not
the disk but rather the dried out throw-out bearing. Its inner race
cocked in the outer raced, it overheated and turned blue and I barely
madi it home to Philly from New York, with the clutch pedal vibrating
violently every time I would depress it. Oh, and it squeeled while being
depressed too. When I took it apart I saw the splines on the shaft
completely dusted with black powder - the wear product of the clutch
lining, dirt, metal and such.
