[s-cars] Thompson's Vermont snow tire choice

Lee,

I'm guessing because Thompson is using the ECO studs (not permitted in
Michigan).  Personally, I think that the best non-studded snow tire I've
witnessed is the Hakka Q.  I know a few who would definitely agree...
