[s-cars] time to de-list bad vendors?

Not having any personal experiences from either vendor, I my just offer my 2
Cents worth.
Anyone new to the list (such as myself) will have not heard any of the
previous listers complaints. So then they may go to these vendors not
realizing that "we" have had issues with them.
I don't think I would like to find out the hard way that they are not what
they used to be in terms of pricing, quality, or customer service. Once
burned, a new lister may hold the list responsible and leave with a bad
taste in there mouths. There is a wealth of very informative information
here, and a wealth of smart a$$ commentary. Both too good too miss out on.
My vote, should there be one, would be to update the lists and toss those on
the S*** list where appropriate.
