[s-cars] time to de-list bad vendors?

   I have used Blau several times recently. They are close to me and they
always get my parts to me in 2 days. Every time out of about 4 recent orders.
They have matched the lowest price I could find. (Even Rod's price on a Hepu
water pump that they called to verify because it was less than their cost) .
I have used Rod before. He's the best. Very helpful and the best price but
he's about 2000 miles away from me.
   I always call Blau and just hit 3 as soon as the (yes very annoying) voice
mail starts. When I did my water pump I needed another bottle of Pentosin
antifreeze. They sent me one next day air and paid 1/2 of the cost. No
affiliation. I just wanted to share my experience. They've been very
consitent for me. Usually have an e-mail confirming shippment within a few
hours.

 My personal vote would be for removing Blau and Zygmunt, and that
 they be moved to a 'not recommended' list.

 My reasoning: Blau is a)overpriced b)annoying as all hell to deal
 with(ever tried to reach an actual human being on anything except the
 order line?  How many other voicemail systems require you to press a
 number key every 20 seconds?) c)passing off chinese-made parts
 without ID'ing them as such.


 Purely as a listmember and in no official capacity, I ask the
 question: who else needs to get spanked?  Anybody want to second my
 Blau+Zygmunt votes?  What about The Parts Bin? (and as they say,
 "Just the Facts, Ma'am".)
