Agreed, a friend of mine who owns a shop had to hire a guy just to answer
the phone, because he gets so many people calling all day wondering if he
can get them clear tail-lights etc. One guy called and said that he thought
there was something wrong with his civic, because when he was going up steep
hills he thought he could "hear" the car starving for fuel (what exactly
does that sound like?!?!). He called looking for free advice, my friend told
him to just bring the car in, and guess what, he never did. A good 20
minutes of time wasted on the phone, opportunity cost??
