When I got my S4 last year one of the upper mounts was snapped off. I
replaced it with a sheet aluminum strip of the proper size and shape. There
was enough of a stump that I was able to attach the aluminum strip to the
headlight with one pop rivet, and backed it up with an adhesive. I used one
of my favorite adhesives, the black or white stuff sold in a tube called
'Plastic Rubber' or 'Rubber Sealant'. It's pretty thin out of the tube, but
is pretty well dry in 24 hours and seems to stick well to almost everything.
I've got 8 months on the repair and it looks like it's permanent.
