[s-cars] Weekend testing

Still trying to track down the fuel based smoke that occurs on a cold
startup of my 93 S4.

This past weekend:

Pulled codes = No codes (4444)
Disconnected 02 sensor connections = still smoked
Spoke to Hoppen: = They claim their 1+ upgrade could not be the cause.  "the
software either works, or it doesn't"

Would anyone have any other ideas????????
