[s-cars] Mount torque spec

Hello,
Does anyone have the torque spec for the motor mounts handy?  And how
the hell do you actually get a torque wrench to the bolt on the mount
under the turbo?  Everything went well on the install but I wasn't sure
on the correct torque to use.  3 hours to do both sides working at a
leisurely pace.

PS - What's the point of the little extra sheet of rubber that sits on
top of the turbo-side mount?  This is a separate piece (sheet describes
it better) of rubber that sits between the mount and the bracket. Is it
to catch a possible oil-drip or heat or?
