1. Obstructive posts always in the way of the front doors.
2. Overall Height: 145" is 7" more than my ceiling.

5. Need to cut 2'x2' out of my 4" thick concrete floor, excavate 1' and
pour concrete in in order to do the above.

8. Need to pay for it.
7. May disturb the water table in the process.
9. Will need to rip the whole thing out when/if selling the house.
