Regarding my previous complaint about Parts Bin failing to refund for a
returned item, I discovered today while writing the check to cover latest
charges to the card I'd used in the purchase from them that they did make a
refund last month, a month after I'd returned the parts.  In other words,
the purchase was in June, the return was in July and the refund occurred in
August.  But it looks as though they refunded only for the parts they sent
that weren't what I ordered, not the shipping they charged me, and, of
course, not my shipping costs to return the parts.
