PROBLEM SOLVED - thanks guys - I re-checked the hoses b/w the intake
manifold and the firewall under the black plastic cover that is under the
strut brace - one of the little hoses had popped off and was hiding behind
the braket - I missed it the first two times - the visible one coming off to
the left was fine, the one on the right side had blown off.   No turbo
failure yet - actually, I have been running high boost 20+ psi for over 100k
miles and the RS2 turbo seems to be going strong (knock on that woody).
