Jimmy,
as much as I despise my CD Bentley for the A4 vs. the incomparable
3-volume paper set for my S6, one thing is clearly better with a CD.
It's the ablity to print disposable copies of only the very chapters you
need and get them greasy all over. My recent A4 head removal project has
proven just that.
