[s-cars] clean but sputtering

Brian, seems likely that the water caused a short somewhere.  The symptoms
seem to suggest a problem with the air/fuel or ignition circuitry.  The O2
sensor may be a good place to start as they are particularly prone to water
damage.

You may want to start by running a code check with a VAG or via the console:
