[s-cars] Squeak

I have the same problem on my 95 S6.  I'd been shopping around for these.
Tim at Foreign Auto was able to order them for less than half the cost of
anywhere else I looked when I spoke with him this morning.

Another note Tim had was to do the final torqueing of the inside bolt with
the car on the ground.  Otherwise the rubber over the bushing gets twisted
when the car is put down on the ground, possibly causing early failure due
to extra stress on the rubber.
