The simple answer: No.

The more detailed answer: The normal method for turning a flywheel is to put
it on a lathe similar in mounting to a brake rotor, with a cone chuck
inserted into the center hole. The problem with doing that on a dual mass
flywheel, is that there is rubber isolation between the 2 masses. So the cut
can't be even. I've heard people that claim to have done it this way with
"no problems", but I don't understand how, neither do a few consulted
machinists.

It CAN be done by using a chuck that grabs the outer (clutch side) ring.
That's a big chuck (good luck) and creates some machine mounting issues of
it's own.

So, the best thing to do is clean up what you have. Use sand paper or a disk
to rid yourself of the burn marks on the mating surface, just scruff it up
evenly, don't try digging ditches. When satisfied you have a decent surface,
put in a crosshatch pattern of about 60 degrees.

Audi doesn't consider this 800USD part a service item. Damn. Good news?
BMW uses them too:)

Hi,

Can the dual mass flywheel in the urS4/S6 be
resurfaced like any other flywheel?
